Automated Frame Inspection

The AI ShaC Automated Frame Inspection System is an automated inspection solution that uses high-speed cameras and AI image analysis technology to inspect a wide range of quality items that can arise in manufacturing, including surface scratches, dents, shape anomalies, assembly condition, and the presence of threading.

It captures inspection targets in real time in sync with the production line, and applies INPEG Vision's own AI ShaC™ image enhancement technology to detect even fine defects.
