The Steel Coil Label Number Recognition Camera System uses high-resolution vision cameras to automatically inspect the condition of label attachment and label information after final banding and product labeling in the steel coil production process at steel mills.
Original images captured by ultra-high-resolution cameras are enhanced with INPEG Vision's own AI ShaC specialized image-processing technology to deliver sharp, high-quality images, enabling accurate recognition of label numbers and verification of label attachment conditions.
The system improves production history management and product traceability, and contributes to higher work efficiency and quality control standards.
